Standing order: OD permission for Moot Court Competition
This Post is to inform all mooters about the following information:-
In case of Moot Court Competitions held within South India (i.e., Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana), OD permission will be granted for one day before and after the competition and for the duration of the competition only.
In case of such competitions held in North India (i.e., any of the states other than those above mentioned), OD permission will be granted for two days before and after the competition and for the duration of the competition only.
This rule is retrospective i.e., it is applicable to all Moot Court Competitions including the ones for which the selections have already happened irrespective of any permissions already granted.
