Intra-Moot Court Competition

As mandated by the Dean, School of Law, SASTRA Deemed University, all the students who have attended less than 1 moot must mandatorily attend this competition [If not the student shall be marked absent for the next three days]. It is also to be noted that this event will be conducted once in a week and the problem will be uploaded in the blog every Tuesday and the event will happen on the next Wednesday until the end of this semester.

Students are required to submit a one page written submissions for both the sides and students during the proceedings will be selected by the co-ordinators as to which side they will argue.

This an initiative to make students practice arguments and to encourage the students to participate in Moot competitions outside SASTRA.

Students of II year to IV year are mandated to participate [Those who have attended less than one moot] in the event.

Note: Students who have been to 1 or 2 Moots MAY participate in the Intra Moots if they wish to. This option is given as the Moot Society endeavors to give a platform for the students to practice.
